Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Application
EFT allows donations made through the Network for Good Giving System to be electronically transferred directly into your checking account. By applying for EFT payments, you are helping us keep our costs down. EFT payments are distributed on the 15th of each month, for the previous month.
To register for EFT you will need
- Your organization's checking account number
- Your organization's ABA Routing Number
- The name and address of your organization's checking account
- A voided check to mail with your signed application
STEP 1: Read Our Giving System Agreement
Before you can use the Network for Good Giving System you must ACCEPT AND AGREE to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the Network for Good Giving System Agreement, a binding agreement governing the relationship between you and Network for Good. Network for Good reserves the right to terminate the Agreement for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation of the "Donate Now" link feature or in anticipation of making modifications to the Network for Good Web site or the Network for Good Giving System Agreement.
STEP 2: Enter Your Organization's EIN
Once you have read the Network for Good Giving System Agreement, you may continue with the application process. To begin, enter your Employer Identification Number (EIN) below.

IMPORTANT: Completing the EFT application does not guarantee the transfer of funds to your account until a donation has been made to your organization.

Enter your organization's Employer Identification Number (EIN).
Step 3:
Complete and Submit the online EFT Application form.
Step 4:
Print a copy of the EFT application, sign and mail along with a voided check to:
