As Accounting and Admin Clerk, Nana is responsible for accounts payable activities and expense reporting and reimbursement. Before joining
Network for Good, Nana worked as an Accounts Payable Coordinator with Acsys Staffing. She is currently working towards her Bachelors degree
in Business Administration, with a minor in Computer Studies and a certification in Human Resource Management at University of Maryland
University College.

Arch Alcantara HTML/Web Designer, NPO Services
Arch builds and maintains the Custom DonateNow pages that replicate organizations' web sites, provides technical support for Custom DonateNow
customers, and performs web design and development for Network for Good's web site and projects. He previously served as Lead Web Producer at
RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network), after extensive consulting duty with for-profit clients including Discovercard, McDonald's,
and Oprah.com.

Katya Andresen Vice President, Marketing
Katya Andresen develops and executes the charitable giving portal Network for Good's marketing strategy, including consumer outreach, media
relations, corporate partnerships and nonprofit marketing. Before joining Network for Good, she was Senior Vice President of Sutton Group,
a marketing and communications firm supporting non-profits, government agencies, and foundations working for the social good. Previously was
a marketing consultant overseas, promoting causes ranging from civil society in Ukraine to ecotourism in Madagascar. She also worked for
CARE International. She has trained hundreds of causes in effective marketing and media relations, and her marketing materials for non-profits
have won national and international awards. She is the author of the book,
Robin Hood Marketing: Stealing Corporate Savvy to Sell Just Causes
and was featured in the e-book, Nine Minds of Marketing. She is also a co-author with Network for Good CEO Bill Strathmann of a chapter in
the book,
People to People Fundraising - Social Networking and Web 2.0 for Charities. Fundraising Success Magazine named her Fundraising
Professional of the Year in 2007.
Katya traces her passion for good causes to the enormous social need she witnessed as a journalist prior to her work in the non-profit sector.
She was a foreign correspondent for Reuters News and Television in Asia and for Associated Press, the San Francisco Chronicle and the Dallas
Morning News in Africa. She has a bachelor's degree in history from Haverford College.

Kerry Avondet Manager, Operations and Customer Support
Kerry is responsible for preparing for the donation payout and ensuring Organizations receive their payments successfully each month. She also
assists with donor and non-profit inquiries. Prior to joining Network for Good, Kerry was a Staff Accountant for Marriott and worked as a Revenue
Auditor for Nextel Communications. Kerry holds a Bachelors degree in Operations Management from James Madison University.

Charles Ball Senior Sales Associate, NPO Services
Charles joined Network for Good as Senior Sales Associate. He has extensive experience providing Technical Education Counseling services to the
San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. Through working with Clarity Technologies and later with CIBER Inc, Charles guided and assisted individual,
non-profit, university, and corporate clients, in effectively meeting their technical training needs. In addition, while at CIBER Inc., Charles
worked closely with clients in meeting short and long term technical staffing requirements. His clients included the University of California
San Francisco, Williams-Sonoma, Kaiser Permanente, and Skidmore Owings and Merrill.
In his spare time, Charles has worked with his local neighborhood association on projects such as park beautification. He enjoys reading science
fiction and hiking.

Karen Chohan Customer Service Associate, NPO Services
Karen is responsible for providing daily customer support for Network for Good’s DonateNow and EmailNow tools. Karen has extensive experience in
customer service, sales and in information technology. Her most recent position was a Technology Consultant with Sybase, Inc. She also worked
with several non-profit and international development organizations, and was a project officer for the Canadian government in India on an overseas
environmental project. Karen grew up in Vancouver, Canada, and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Information Technology from the Information
Technology Institute in BC, Canada; a Masters in International Affairs from Ohio University; and a BA in International Relations from University of
British Columbia. She also specialized in fundraising in the Nonprofit Management Program of Vancouver Community College.

Benjamin DeBonis is a compassionate advocate, working hard to inspire and promote goodness and well being. He is a native Bay Area resident and a

Bob Deily Vice President, Finance and Accounting
Bob Deily manages and coordinates Network for Good's financial and accounting activities. Prior to joining Network for Good, Bob was the founder
and owner of MBAWare, an online retailer of business software for CPAs, CFOs and other financial professionals. He was the CFO and EVP of Finance
and MIS for the North American subsidiary of Swisscom and was a financial management consultant at CGI-AMS for clients like AT&T and Verizon. Bob
has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Georgetown University.

Cheryl Gipson Director, Nonprofit Services
As Director of Nonprofit Services at Network for Good, Cheryl Gipson is responsible for managing and conducting workshops in online fundraising, email
communications and database management throughout the US. Cheryl has extensive experience in curriculum development, technical training, systems
analysis, database administration and project management in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors. Her focus in the last five years has been
in helping the small –to- medium sized nonprofit learn how to use internet technologies to manage their data and how to integrate traditional
fundraising methods into their Internet strategies.

Dylan Gold Customer Support Specialist, NPO Services
Dylan is the newest member to join the Network for Good (Powered by Groundspring) support team as a Customer Support Specialist in November 2007. He
comes with experience in assisting non-profits with developing their technological capabilities. A recent alumnus from San Francisco State, Dylan
received a B.A. in International Relations with an emphasis in international development and South and Southeast Asian affairs in 2007. Outside the
office, Dylan enjoys philosophy and the arts, computers and gadgets, and his lifelong support for the Oakland A’s.

Aparna Gude Vice President, Technology Products
As Vice President of Technology Products, Aparna is responsible for leading the company's product development and technology vision to meet the
organization’s diverse set of business needs. These diverse needs range from consumer-focused products and services to “business-to-business”
products for nonprofit organizations.
With more than 12 years of software development and product management experience, Aparna brings leadership, management, and philanthropic sector
experience to Network for Good. While she served as the Director of Product Management at CreateHope Inc., she was instrumental in managing the
planning and development of CreateHope’s core products. As an experienced executive, she has talent for putting projects into motion and brings
strong skills in strategic and tactical management of technology. Her experience engaging with clients and partners and managing a diverse product
portfolio enables her to understand and appreciate the technical challenges involved with increasing bottom-line opportunities and optimizing the
corresponding technological direction.
Aparna was born and raised in India and holds a Masters in Anthropology from Syracuse University in Syracuse, N.Y and a Masters in Business

Carrie Howard Operations Manager, NPO Services
Carrie joined the Network for Good (Powered by Groundspring) team in September 2000. As Operations Manager, she is responsible for supervising
Groundspring's Customer Support Team, updating the Groundspring web site, and assisting with the overall daily operations of the organization.
Carrie has extensive experience in Web design and development, including her completion of the OpNet Web master training program and the SFSU
CEL Information Design for the Web course.

Andy Kalinowitsch Senior Engineer, NPO Services
Andy joined Network for Good to support and extend the technical infrastructure of the organization. His past experience includes database application
design for AT&T and Hewlett-Packard, as well as numerous consulting engagements with a variety of for-profit and nonprofit clients, creating web-database
applications, media-rich web sites, and content management systems.

Debbie Lam Director, Business Systems
Debbie Lam is the Director of Business Systems at Network for Good. Debbie is in charge of Network for Good donation processing operations. Prior to Network
for Good, Debbie was a technical director for Agency.com, an internet consulting firm with a roster of clients in a wide selection of industries. Debbie's
past work experience has included projects for Fidelity Investments, GTech/Washington State Lottery, Pacific Gas & Electric, and Openwave. She holds a
bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Derek Low Director of Operations
Derek Low coordinates and manages Network For Good’s project-based activities. He is responsible for ensuring that projects are effectively prioritized,
staffed, planned and effectively executed from start to finish. Derek’s background in developing compelling online content and technology experiences was
built on his years at America Online. His last role at AOL was that of Director of Project Management. After AOL, he served as Director of eBusiness
Operations at XM Satellite Radio.
Derek was born in The Big Apple but grew up in Southeast Asia. He has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University, and
was enjoying the life of a free-lancer before he came to Network For Good.

Stacie Mann Director, Consumer Marketing
Stacie Mann develops and executes the charitable giving portal Network for Good’s marketing plans, including website content, consumer outreach, corporate
partnerships. She is also responsible for the website Six Degrees (www.sixdegrees.org), the site launched in
January of 2007 with Kevin Bacon that brings a social conscience to social networking. The Web site spotlights celebrities’ causes and allows everyday
people to donate to or raise funds for their own favorite charities anywhere online. She has trained non-profits on how to effectively market their
causes online as well as ways to use person-to-person fundraising.
Before joining Network for Good, she worked in the Interactive Marketing division of America Online managing their strategic e-commerce partners. Stacie
holds a bachelor's degree in French and Marketing from Duke University.

Amanda Mannath Senior Manager of Development and HR
As Network for Good’s Senior Manager of Development and HR, Amanda is responsible for conducting fundraising efforts, managing the board of directors, overseeing
the Human Resources function, and assisting the CEO with additional organizational activities.
Formerly with BearingPoint, Amanda was a consultant in the Nonprofit Sector where she participated in a variety of consulting engagements including Change
Management, Merger Integration and Business Process Redesign. Prior to BearingPoint, Amanda was with Andersen Business Consulting where she served clients
through Program Management, Strategic Development and Merger Integration projects. Amanda holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Sociology from the
University of Richmond.

Neal Meier .NET Developer
Neal Meier is a Microsoft .NET developer hailing from Colorado. At Network for Good, he has worked on several projects including SixDegrees.org, flash badges,
and above all else, the rebuilding of the donation processing platform. Before joining NFG, Neal worked as a consultant for several organizations including
Verizon Multimedia, Level(3), and LexisNexis. Neal has an eclectic technological background with experience ranging from contributing to the Internet Yellow
Pages for Kids to owning a small IT services company in high school.

Network for over 5 years as the lead receptionist. While at Tides Network, her responsibilities included answering the switchboard, guest services and supporting
the Tides Network staff. She enjoys board games, reading books and spending quality time with her family.

Joseph Mouzon Executive Director of Nonprofit Services
As Executive Director of Nonprofit Services, Joseph is responsible for the sales, product and business development for tools and services offered to nonprofit
organizations. He will further develop and promote Network for Good's services and strive to fulfill its mission to improve the effectiveness of the nonprofit sector.
Joseph has brought extensive leadership, management, marketing and nonprofit sector experience to Network for Good, as well as a tremendous depth of knowledge
in technology. Joseph has held executive leadership positions for 12 years. Before joining Network for Good, he served the San Francisco YMCA as its marketing
leader where he was known as the "great idea guy," developing innovative marketing plans, social entrepreneurship opportunities and community relation events.
Previously, Joseph was the Co-founder and CEO of the Rhythm of Life Organization – ROLO. He assisted Mr. Herbie Hancock achieve the goal of ROLO which was to
create BAYCAT, a San Francisco based technology training center. Joseph was also a technology pundit for Tech TV, a guest lecturer at Stanford Business School,
a frequent speaker at technology/entertainment-focused conferences and a producer of Herbie Hancock performances at the Technology Entertainment & Design events
(TED.com).
Joseph's advisory board experience includes Unified School District of San Francisco; Craigslist Foundation; Jewish Vocational Services; Imhotech; BAYCAT; MOBE;

Alia Ott Senior Manager, Nonprofit Services
Alia Ott serves as the Senior Manager of Nonprofit Services for Network for Good. Alia's background in Web production combined with a solid understanding of
Network for Good customers helps guide development of new site features and customer education. Alia has consulted on various projects in the ePhilanthropy
sector including nonprofit research, analysis of site statistics and user interface design.
Prior to Network for Good, Alia served as a program manager for Netaid where she managed several initiatives including Online Volunteering and development of
brand and Web design strategies. Alia has served in other leadership roles including Director of Internet Services at EMC, an interactive public relations agency,
where she led a development team to produce various multimedia and web-based projects for clients such as Sony, Paramount and MTV. Alia holds a Bachelor's Degree
in Film/TV production and Communications from Chapman University, is currently studying Advanced Project Management at Stanford University and supports several
local nonprofit organizations.

Rebecca Ruby Marketing Specialist
Rebecca is responsible for marketing activities in both the nonprofit services and consumer sectors of Network for Good, including website management for the
Learning Center, e-newsletter development, event marketing, email marketing, advertising efforts and business development strategy. Prior to her position at
Network for Good, Rebecca supported online fundraising activities, training and materials development in the Special Events department at the American Diabetes
Association’s national office.
Rebecca holds a B.F.A. in Visual Media from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and a M.S. in Media Management from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public
Communication at Syracuse University. In her spare time, she enjoys burying her nose in a good book on the Metro, exploring DC and taking in as many movies
as her budget will allow.

Carmina Sicangco Customer Support Specialist, NPO Services
Carmina joined the Network for Good (Powered by Groundspring team as Customer Support Specialist in March of 2007. She has a background working with several
nonprofit agencies in San Francisco and Washington DC. She received a B.A. in History in 2004 from University of California Santa Barbara, where she studied
Cold War conflicts and Early Modern English works. After college she worked for the International Rescue Committee of San Francisco, assisting refugees and political
asylees find jobs and make homes in the Bay Area. She then went on to become a Membership Officer for the Commonwealth Club of California, the nation's oldest
non-profit public affairs forum. In her free time, Carmina enjoys watching the San Francisco Giants and various outdoor activities.

Jono Smith Director Nonprofit Marketing
Jono Smith is responsible for marketing Network for Good's online fundraising services to nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining Network for Good, Jono spent
eight years at SunGard Higher Education, where he was responsible for managing the company's marketing efforts in Europe and the Middle East. Jono also held
marketing and sales positions at SCT and Campus Pipeline, before their acquisitions by SunGard. Prior to this, Jono served in the Clinton Administration as
Special Assistant to the Director of White House Communications. Jono holds an undergraduate degree in English from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
In his personal time, Jono has raised over $10,000 for AIDS vaccine research.

Bill Strathmann Chief Executive Officer
Bill Strathmann is Network for Good's CEO and is a member of its Board of Directors. He is a social entrepreneur, who throughout his career has traversed
sectors, bringing good business practices to corporations and nonprofits alike. Bill came to Network for Good from BearingPoint, where he provided strategic
planning and mergers and acquisitions consulting to corporations and nonprofit organizations across the nation. With Andersen Business Consulting, he
developed and led a consulting practice serving large nonprofits including the Nature Conservancy, National Geographic Society, National Association of
Home Builders, and the United Way.
Throughout his career, Bill has been an influential speaker on the topics of philanthropy, the role of technology in fundraising, corporate social responsibility,
strategic planning, performance management and mergers and acquisitions. Bill is a co-author featured in the book,
People to People Fundraising - Social Networking and Web 2.0 for Charities. He has a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Haverford College and a
master's degree in business administration from the Darden School at the University of Virginia. Bill serves in advisory roles for the Nonprofit Congress,
Independent Sector and the Social Enterprise Alliance, and he also serves on the boards of The Anacostia Watershed Society and The Shohola Scholarship Fund.

Ted Thompson Sales Associate, NPO Services
Ted Thompson is a Sales Associate with Network for Good. He is responsible for introducing and demonstrating the benefits of Network for Good’s services to
non-profit organizations. Prior to joining Network for Good, Ted worked in sales and marketing with various for-profit companies but found that his passion
lied in the mission and service of organizations working for social good.
Ted is an active player and member of the Frederick Rugby Football Club. He has a Bachelors degree in Secondary Education/History from Mount St. Mary’s
College (now Mount St. Mary’s University).
